From the time you submit a ticket all the way to completion, you and everyone on our dedicated service team are communicated with every step of the way.

24/7/365 SERVICE PLAN

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Acoustic Design Systems includes a 1-Year Warranty on all parts and labor for new products and installed systems. This includes both remote service and on-site service.

If you are not sure if your system is still under our one-year warranty, please contact your Systems Designer or our office at 
702-648-7474.

AFTER ONE YEAR

Most new systems that we install have Remote Management, Power, and Network capabilities, which allow us to solve most issues remotely. With these systems,
after the 1-year warranty period,
remote service is billed at a rate of $35 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, or if remote service is not an option, on-site service is billed at a rate of $140 per hour with

a 1-hour minimum.
