From the time you submit a ticket, all the way to completion, you and everyone on our dedicated service team are communicated with every step of the way.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Acoustic Design Systems includes a 1-Year Warranty on all parts and labor for new products and installed systems. This includes both remote service and on-site service.

AFTER ONE YEAR

Most new systems that we install have Remote Management, Power and Network capabilities which allow us to solve most issues remotely. With these systems,
after 
the 1-year warranty period,
remote service is billed at a rate of $35 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, or if r
emote service is not an option, on-site service is billed at a rate of $100 per hour with
a 1-hour minimum.
