Dear Valued ADS Customers,
Acoustic Design Systems understands the very real concerns of COVID-19 to our fellow Southern Nevada residents. We want to assure you that we are operating as a scaled down, essential version of ourselves. All previously scheduled installations and deliveries are being confirmed according to customer comfort levels.
The safety of our clients and our team members is our top priority. We are taking increased measures and added precautions to comply with the guidelines and best practices set forth by the CDC. Cleanliness has been, and still is a focus in our offices, warehouse and service vehicles, as well as at customer residences and commercial properties. Our technicians are exercising the utmost care, including constant personal maintenance and maintaining a safe distance from customers.
With schools and offices closed, we understand it is essential for your networks to be fully operational as you attempt to work, communicate and remain active virtually. Our team is ready and available to assist with:
- Assuring the network infrastructure of your home or office is up to date and functioning properly, in order to work remotely or connect to online education without interruption
- Maintaining control and distribution of internet access, video content, news and home entertainment
- Ensuring security and fire monitoring systems are running effectively to maintain a safe and secure home or office environment
