From the moment an idea is born and I begin to inquire if it is feasible, their management team follows up, provides insight, research, never losing sight of what I ultimately wanted. Their pricing is competitive, and you pay for quality. Once the onsite techs arrive to your house, they treat it with respect. Perform clean and neat work, while having all the materials necessary to keep your carpets clean, and once the work is completed it is of excellent workmanship. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Las Vegas area.

I have been using Acoustic Design for almost 20 years. From the beginning, Christopher Sterle was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional and great at what he did. Fast forward all these years and Chris has assembled an absolutely outstanding team of professionals to carry on his reputation for knowledge and workmanship.I just recently had my entire home security camera system replaced with new equipment. Ryan, the design consultant, was always easy to get a hold of and responsive. He was the only company representative I spoke to about cameras that actually followed up with me after the quote was sent over, to make sure all my questions were answered. (I spoke to three companies about doing this work). Once I agreed to the quote, making the deposit and scheduling the work was easy. The installation crew was fantastic. They showed up on time, kept the work areas clean, and answered any questions I had.Chris, Amanda, Ryan, and the install crew were a pleasure to work with and I will be working again with Acoustic Design in the future. If you are looking for any type of low voltage work to be done, these are the people to use.

Acoustic Design Co is a top notch professional local company that can handle all your technical, security and sound system needs. Their technicians provided excellent design and set up and worked with me until I was completely comfortable how to use my controls and system. When a modification was needed the management worked with me and I am 100% satisfied. We worked with ADC pre-construction for pre-wiring all the way to our equipment being installed for our daily use. They have the finest audio/visual equipment choices and “one-click” ease of use. I was in the market for a new AV receiver or processor and I was having some challenges finding what I wanted in my area. I submitted an online inquiry on ADS’s website and received a prompt response shortly after. After providing some additional insight on what I was looking for Chris really went the extra mile to help me get the AV processor I wanted.I’ve dealt with a number of A/V companies over the years and it didn’t take long to realize that this company stands above the rest! We have been using Acoustic Designs for our home entertainment systems for four years. We recently decided to also use them for our security alarm system. Blair came today to transfer the existing security alarm service to Acoustic Design Systems. He arrived on time, wore protective covers over his shoes, was competent, professional and friendly. He explained every step that he was taking to ensure we understood the conversion. He also showed us how to use the app and double-checked to make sure everything was working correctly. When he finished, he noticed that we had a piano. He very skillfully played every Beethoven and Chopin request we had!! He is a tremendous representative of the company and we are very satisfied with all the services we receive.

Had surround sound and 6 TVs installed by these guys a few months ago. Had some user error issues as I’m not that technical.Called up and explained I needed a couple of things tinkered with and some retraining and they sent out a great fellow named John.John’s a rockstar. Showed up a few minutes early and I explained some of our issues.He was incredible. Created simple shortcuts for usage, organized tasks on one remote instead of two and didn’t forget a single issue.Very patient and thorough.Made me feel good about choosing this company.
