Mastering the Latest in Smart Home Technology through Amazing Trainings
This year, our team had the opportunity to participate in transformative technology training sessions. A few members traveled to the Control4 headquarters in Lehi, UT, where they immersed themselves in the latest innovations in smart home technology. Our team got hands-on with the newest tech, gaining invaluable experience to help us deliver exactly what our clients need. It’s not just about knowing the technology—it’s about understanding how it can make people’s lives easier.
Additionally, other team members attended specialized Lutron shades training, diving deep into the art and science of perfecting automated lighting and shade solutions. This training not only enhanced our technical knowledge but also refined our ability to create elegant, comfortable, and efficient environments. These learning experiences have empowered us to deliver even more personalized, innovative solutions that elevate the way our clients live and work.
Empowering Change with Our New Advisory Board
One of our most impactful achievements in 2024 was the launch of an internal, employee-led ADS Advisory Board. Established in January, this initiative provides our team members with a platform to directly influence the company’s direction. Each month, we host casual breakfast meetings where employees share insights, identify challenges, and propose solutions. This inclusive approach has not only strengthened our company culture but has also become a critical part of our leadership team’s decision-making process, driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration across every department.

Established a New Partnership – The Canyon at Ascaya
We’re excited to announce that Acoustic Design Systems has been selected as the exclusive home automation and security partner for The Canyon at Ascaya, a luxury residential community developed by Blue Heron. This new community marks the first production home community within Ascaya, which until now has featured only custom-built residences. We’re thrilled to bring our expertise in home automation to this exclusive community, ensuring that each home receives the most advanced smart home technology available.
Utilizing the latest residential smart home technology from Crestron, we are designing and customizing smart home systems, pre-wiring, and installing automation solutions for all 51 multimillion-dollar homes in the community. The elevated smart home solutions selected for the homes will provide homeowners with the long-term ability to continually upgrade both products and technology, ensuring their home remains adaptable to new innovations and their changing needs.
