Within 24 hours of submitting a service ticket online, you’ll be connected with one of our experienced service technicians to help you solve your issue. Depending on its severity, they’ll either troubleshoot the issue over the phone, provide remote service, or schedule an appointment for in-home service.
Service & Warranty Options
While most devices come equipped with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, we include a one-year warranty on all parts and labor for new products and installed systems, including both remote and on-site service. Have a device that’s more than a year old? We offer out-of-warranty remote and on-site service (one-hour minimum) at $35/hour and $120/hour, respectively.
