I have spent over $200,000 with Acoustic Design and I am absolutely ecstatic in the quality, reliability, and follow though from Acoustic Design. The installers were extremely professional and treated my home like their owns by doing such things as wearing protective covers on their shoes to eliminate tracking dirt on my flooring, cleaning up every day before leaving even though they were coming back the next day, and not to mention they were on-time every day. The training and follow up after completion has been refreshing. They even answered the phone and walked me through a mistake I made on Superbowl Sunday so that I did not have to cancel my Superbowl Party. This is the 3rd expensive audio/video system I have installed in a house and Acoustic Design provided by far the fairest price, the best service, and an uncompromising dedication to making my dream a hassle free reality. I could not recommend Acoustic Design enough if you are considering taking your audio/video to the next level.
